How do I manage ongoing employee changes?
We take care of ongoing new hire enrollments, terminations, and qualifying event changes. We can also provide COBRA compliance assistance. We have an online benefits administration you can utilize at no additional cost.
Can I make changes to plans offered to my employees throughout the year?
We are here to listen and advise on your plans throughout the whole year. This can depend on the type of coverage, carrier rules, and government regulations.
Do you all have HR support and consultative services?
Yes, we do! We offer HR support at no added cost. Some consultative services and document review may have additional costs, which would all be disclosed up front.
Do you provide assistance with all benefit related compliance?
We provide no cost assistance with all benefit related compliance that would be required for the benefits you offer. If you need our help filing and creating documents, these may have a pass through cost.
Where do we go to find info on the benefits we offer?
If you are needing assistance finding plan information, you can reach out to your Account Manager or our Service team and they will provide that. Always reach out to us first before the insurance company.
Where can my employees go if they need an ID card, an address update, help finding a doctor, or claims assistance?
They should always contact us first! Our Service Team is available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm to help employees with anything they may need.
